Children were designed with the core need of freedom.  To deny this or to live in ignorance of it eventually destroys the trust connection between parent and child.

Danny Silk introduces paradigms, perceptions, skills and ideas that help parents to reduce fear by eliminating the tool of punishment and strenthening the hearts of their children to fulfil their destiny.

Danny Silk is the Family Life pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California.  He is also president of 'Loving on purpose', a non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening families and communities at local, national and international levels.  He and his wife, Sheri, have three children.  They have also parented over 70 teens as house parents and foster parents.
