Rob Gross and his wife Barbara are the Pastors of Mountain View Community Church in Hawaii.  They founded the church in 1992, and then in 1996 transitioned to a Holy Spirit, presence driven congregation.  Then in 2009 the Lord began to impress upon their hearts that families were estranged from one another and needed healing.  So out of this revelation, Rob and Barbara together started Family Legacy International to help families to receive healing.  They facilitate this through their books, as well as by inner healing classes and conferences.  Their aim in prayer and counselling is to release God’s healing and breakthrough.  They are particularly called to minister to other Pastors.

The mission of Family Legacy International is to:
Turn the hearts of the fathers back to their children and the hearts of the children back to their fathers by healing the wounds of fatherlessness  –  Teach fathers how to bless and impact their children verbally on a weekly basis  –  Train fathers how to prioritize their families  –  Equip fathers to leave a lasting legacy.
